OUR PROCESS

As a Private Service Company, we have the great pleasure and responsibility of placing talented individuals with unique capabilities within the homes and offices of our Clients.

  • STEP 1

    After initial outreach, the Client representative will have a detailed zoom or phone call (client preference) with client to discuss their needs and estate/office environment in detail.

  • STEP 2

    Source, Screen, Submit

    >> Use sourcing platforms and internal rolodex to acquire top tier candidates

    >> Conduct a 30-45 minute video or in person interview reviewing candidates experience and personal characteristics

    >> Submit to client

  • STEP 3

    Once the placement is finalized the Dedicated Recruitment Specialist and Client will negotiate & agree to the offer terms.

    After the Candidate accepts, they will go through onboarding & orientation with the client/client representative.
